Voting in Stafford County

Saturday, November 2nd is the last day for in-person absentee voting.

If you do not yet have an absentee ballot, but need to vote early for some reason, visit your Election Registrar's office today before 5 p.m.

If you have an absentee ballot, please return it in person if possible or mail it so that it will be received by the Registrar by Election Day (November 5th)

The office will be open Monday and Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

 

 

 

Absentee voting provides a means for qualified voters to participate in upcoming elections even though they may not be able to go to the polls on election day. (Commuting, working for a candidate, student, active duty military or caring for an elderly relative are just a few of the reasons one can opt to vote absentee - the entire list is here
